The Reptilian Brain

The Reptilian Brain is a twist on the legend of St. George fighting the dragon. I see the myth as a metaphor for the levels of the brain: so the knight or logic ( the human brain), ridinging the horse or emotion ( the mammal brain ), fighting the Raptors or baser instincts ( the reptilian brain ). I also like the theory that stories about dragons came from ancient people finding dinosaur fossils
